Privacy Policy
This policy explains what TripScale collects, how it uses that information, who it shares it with, and what choices people have when they use tripscale.ai.
TripScale is operated by Zureg LLC. This Privacy Policy applies to the TripScale website, product experience, account flows, pricing pages, and related support interactions that point to this notice.

If you sign up, we collect information such as your email address, authentication identifiers, profile tier, saved travel defaults, travel style choices, and last sign-in timestamps.
We process the prompt you submit, any public URL you paste, optional screenshots, destination choices, and the travel preferences used to shape estimates and itineraries.
Paid tiers use Stripe-hosted checkout. We receive limited subscription and billing information such as customer identifiers, subscription status, invoice metadata, and the email address tied to checkout. TripScale does not store full payment card numbers.
We create session identifiers, estimate-run logs, product interaction logs, guest usage counters, and standard web request data such as IP-address level request metadata needed to operate and secure the service.
We do not sell personal information for money. As of April 25, 2026, we also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
More detail is available in our Cookie Notice.
TripScale and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where applicable, we rely on available contractual or other lawful transfer mechanisms for cross-border transfers.
For region-specific rights, including GDPR-style requests and California requests, see Privacy Rights.
TripScale is designed for adult travel planning. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to TripScale without appropriate authorization, contact support@zureg.com.
When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in-product or through another reasonable channel.
