Terms
TripScale is a planning product, not a booking guarantee.
These Terms govern your access to TripScale and explain the rules for accounts, subscriptions, content you submit, and the limits of the service.
Using TripScale means you agree to these Terms.
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Zureg LLC for your use of TripScale. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. Last updated: April 25, 2026.
TripScale helps size and shape trips. It does not book them for you today.
- TripScale provides modeled travel estimates, destination interpretation, and itinerary suggestions based on the information you submit and the preferences saved to your account.
- TripScale does not currently act as a travel agency, airline, tour operator, hotel operator, or reservation platform.
- Prices, availability, route timing, venue hours, and reservation inventory can change after TripScale generates an estimate or itinerary.
- Any external booking or partner site you choose to use is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.
You must be able to form a binding agreement or use TripScale with appropriate supervision.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your account email current.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe-hosted checkout.
- Planner and Concierge tiers are recurring subscriptions unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Stripe, not TripScale, processes your payment details. Your use of Stripe checkout is subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices.
- You authorize the applicable subscription charge, taxes, and any lawful recurring renewal charges tied to your selected plan.
- You may cancel before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Access may continue through the end of the current paid period.
- We may change plan pricing or plan structure in the future with reasonable notice before the change takes effect.
You keep your rights in the content you submit, but you grant us a limited operating license.
- You may submit prompts, screenshots, URLs, and travel preferences only if you have the right to share them with TripScale.
- You grant Zureg LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, process, transmit, and analyze submitted content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support TripScale.
- You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded images, pasted links, and any third-party content you submit do not violate law or another party’s rights.
Use the service lawfully and without harming the product or others.
- Do not use TripScale to upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or probe the service beyond permitted public interfaces.
- Do not submit sensitive data you do not need TripScale to process, including payment card numbers, government IDs, or highly confidential information.
- Do not use TripScale to violate another person’s privacy or to submit content taken from private accounts or sources you are not authorized to access.
TripScale may point you to third-party sites, but those services remain separate.
TripScale may include links to booking partners, travel providers, public content sources, or payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party content, pricing, availability, booking terms, or privacy practices once you leave TripScale.
The TripScale product, code, brand, and site materials belong to Zureg LLC or its licensors.
Except for the rights you retain in your submitted content, all intellectual property rights in TripScale, including the software, branding, design, text, and generated product experience, are owned by Zureg LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
The output is informative and directional. It is not guaranteed or professional advice.
- TripScale estimates and itineraries are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee that outputs are complete, accurate, current, bookable, suitable for your needs, or free from provider or model error.
- You remain responsible for checking live pricing, supplier rules, transportation options, accessibility, safety, health requirements, and reservation details before spending money or making travel decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripScale limits its liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zureg LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or bookings arising from or related to your use of TripScale. If the law does not allow all of these limits, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted and, where allowed, will not exceed the amount you paid to TripScale for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update the service or these Terms as TripScale evolves.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of TripScale at any time.
- We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the date above.
- Your continued use of TripScale after a Terms update means you accept the revised Terms.
